Those arriving by car will find a reserved, covered car park with access to the house. A lift leads to the Casa del Nibbio's ‘living landscape’, which was architecturally outstanding when it was built.

An indoor pool is available to all residents, and a sauna and washing machine are also available for a fee.

Thanks to its ideal location and cosy atmosphere, the elevated flat on the slope guarantees the right feel-good factor for relaxing and unwinding.
