The apartment includes a large main bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, offering maximum comfort and relaxation, as well as a separate guest WC. Additional features: The apartment is equipped with a television and Wi-Fi to ensure entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay. The modern open-plan kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and ample space for cooking. A washing machine and dryer are also available, providing added convenience, especially for longer stays. Some properties in Ticino can be difficult to find, as street names are not always clearly marked and GPS coordinates may lead to the wrong side of the building, where parking and unloading are not possible.
